When you request an instant preview by submitting your practice website URL, we record:

• The URL you submitted
• Your practice name, phone number, and email address — extracted from your public website
• The date and time of the submission

We only extract information that is already publicly visible on your website. We do not collect passwords, payment details, or any sensitive personal data.

Why we collect it

We use this information to follow up with you about your preview and how Apollo Sites can help your practice. It also helps us understand how people discover us and improve the preview experience over time.

How long we keep it

Preview lead records are retained for 12 months from the date of submission, then permanently deleted.

Who sees it

Your information is visible only to the Apollo Sites team. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Your rights

You can request that we delete your data at any time. Just email us at hello@getapollo.site and we will remove your record within 7 business days.
